Our Time Together

Each package is based on my personal experience working with young families.

All my services can be tailored to meet your family’s unique needs.

4th Trimester Support

$200 4-hour visit

Available 3-5 days per week

This package lends itself towards a more traditional postpartum window. I would visit you soon after birth to supply your first foods (if you or your partner/doula let me know ahead of time, I can bring food to your birthing location). For the following 42 days I will provide lactation counseling, meals per visit and offer to delve into more holistic modalities with you including: abhyanga, yoni care, & belly binding.

Prenatal Consultation

$50 one-hour session

Scheduled as needed

Together we will explore your most pressing concerns. Sessions topics may include: developing a birth plan, parental nutrition, lactation education, back to work strategies, and how to adjust your family dynamics to welcome a newborn. This schedule is a virtual session.

Lactation Support

$75 one-hour session

Scheduled as needed

Finding your rhythm with feeding can be a challenge, especially in the early days and weeks following birth. As a Lactation Counselor I will help understand your baby’s feeding cues, find the best body alignment to comfort and efficiency, and make suggestions on supporting your milk supply. (We can optimize this session to focus on your specific questions and needs, as each parent is different and there is no one size fits all hack.)

Sliding scale options can be accommodated for those needing financial support.
